We thank you for your interest in STEM Collegiate!

Current STEM Collegiate students who are currently registered at STEM Collegiate for the 2023/2024 school year are not required to register at this time and will complete a “Student intent to return form” in March 2024, this includes current grade 9 students entering grade 10.

NEW students applying for the 2024/2025 School year are now able to register for grades 7-10.

All completed registrations accepted before January 11th will be added into the Lottery draw which will be held on January 12, 2024. The lottery draw process is outlined in the STEM Collegiate Administrative Procedures.  There is no priority on the lottery draw other than siblings. All names are equally entered into each lottery draw.

You must fully complete the registration application to be included in the lottery process.

Within 2 weeks of submitting your registration application you will receive an email either confirming receipt of all required documents or letting you know what is missing.  Once you receive a completed application receipt you will be added to the lottery draw/waiting list.

We will contact the families on our waitlist if a spot becomes available in the desired grade level.  Due to high volumes of interest and inquiries, staff are not able to respond to emails or calls requesting to know where individual applications are in the waitlist queue.
